Logging back in after getting disconnected

Hi!

In the last few days I had some problems with being disconnected occasionally (I heard that happens to others too lately).
About 95 % of the time after getting disconnected, I have to close the launcher completely to be able to play again afterwards.
While playing on PC, it's not that of a problem, I can just restart the game normally.
But on PS4, when PSN is down like it's now (or at times when there is a PSN maintenance), it's not possible to log back in because you can't start the launcher without PSN.
I had that problem today when PSN was working for a short while. I got disconnected and couldn't play on PS4 the rest of the day.

Is there a solution to this? A way to log back in without having to close the game completely, to maybe get back to the login screen or so?
No matter what I do, most times after getting disconnected it's just not possible to play without having to close it and log in again.
