use action on Focus Target

As the Title suggests.

I want to create a macro that will perform an action on my focused target.

I.E focus target a healer at begining of dungeon and have a COVER macro that will use cover on them.

I am currently on PS3, migrating to PS4 as soon as the PSN is back online.

You use the command /ac "Cover" <f> for that. For example. Replace "cover" with the action you want to use.
