1. Reactivated account.
2. In the process of clearing Main Scenario quests
2. Unlocked Syrcus Tower.
4. Was unable to roll on any loot. Confirmed no items had previously been received from the raid before. First run for this character in both Crystal Tower and Syrcus Tower. Unable to roll on any loot.
