Jalzahn is not turning my Zenith into Atma

I've done it once on my Monk and now I want to do it for my WHM.

I have all 12 atma crystals and when I go to speak with him he just gives me the speach about how I need 12 of them and then bring them to him..

I've tried buying a level 1 WHM weapon to see if that had anything to do with it (so I could unequip it) but it didn't.

Now I'm looking through my completed sidequests "Up in Arms" and it just gives me the locations for the Atmas and to bring them to him once I'm done but.. that quest was already completed once on my Monk. Does this mean I can only do it for one of my classes?

are you sure you are picking relic zenith enhancement, and not atma enhancement?

I'm retarded. I had two Scales thinking one was Scales and the other was Crab since they are similar in color. fk me.
