macro /equip feet "Weathered Thighboots" not working

As title says, I can't get the text command to work when trying to equip my Weathered Thighboots from my inventory. I've tried many variations including:

/equip feet "Weathered Thighboots"
/equip feet "weathered thighboots"
/equip feet Weathered Thighboots
/equip feet WeatheredThighboots
/equip shoes "Weathered Thighboots"
/equip Feet "Weathered Thighboots"
/equip feet "Weathered Thigh Boots"
etc.
etc.
etc.

Am I missing something. Is anyone else able to make this work with the Weathered Thighboots?

I know it's petty and I don't really NEED this macro to work, but it's playing on my mind at night lol. I just can't fidure it out :confused:

Please someone enlighten me! I'm supposed to be a programmer lol.

Do they have a non-standard colour? You need to include the colour in the command.

No, I'm afraid not, but I tried /equip feet "Weathered Thighboots (Grey)" as well just in case... didn't work :( Thanks for the suggestion though Frein.

2. Remove any gear from feet slot
2. Type text command /equip feet "Weathered Thighboots"
3. text is echoed in chat window but no gear change occurs
4. try the same text command in a macro; menu>configuration>macro. This will not work either.
