I understand that you may need to run it a few times.

but i am 0/36 for halatali HM, does SE just love to piss me off of chase away their customers. cause i am getting really fed up with this kinda crap

Try maybe with other class to run the dungeon (Yes you can run it with other class for drop)
Not that this will help for sure,but i have seen it drop for people who tried with different class,so mayb you get lucky..

In another thread people were spouting the drop rate is as high as 10% but I find that incredibly hard to believe. It took me 43 runs of Pharos Sirius for that drop and I'm run #27 for SV and still counting. Of the drops I have gotten so far, the quickest one was AK at 7 runs, followed by Sastasha at 15 runs. Seems a LOT lower than 10%.
