Collector's Edition Upgrade

Hey, I did not receive my Helm of Light, Cait Sith minion, nor my Mog Hat. Is there a code somewhere because it did not show up in my mailbox.

Go to any moogle letter box.
Open up Moogle Delivery Service menu.
On the menu, there is a "Reward Delivery Request" button at the upper right corner.
Try it? I have never try it before xD

It says we get everything in game that the others get. :T Why didn't people who already have the game get the Caith Sith minion and Moogle cap? Why would I pre-order another version of what I already had bought? This stinks.

The way it was explained those of us who alrdy had a 1.0 version was given a free version of 2.0 so we didnt preorder the new game and we alrdy had the extra stuff from buying the 1st version.The only way u got the minion and the hat was to preorder the 2.0 version.Stupid? Yes but i looked at it this way atleast i didnt have to buy a new version of the game and the minion and hat for me wasn't worth preordering a 2.0 version

Still would have liked the hat ;< cause when I upgraded it DID show it in the pictures and description that it was included, like what.

They should remove the preorder section.
