LF CASTER Static FCOB 12+ progression

Our static is looking for a HIGHLY COMPETENT CASTER (SMN/BLM) for T12+ Progression (currently at add phase), with the following as requirements:

1. iLevel 115+ (adjustable upon competence assessment)
2. Multiple T10 and T11 clears
3. TeamSpeak + Mic
4. No Ragequitting

Our raid time (in PST) is as follows (subject to change due to Xmas):
- Tuesday 7:00PM - 10:00PM
- Wednesday or Thursday 8:00PM - 11:00PM (depends on work schedule)
- Saturday and/or Sunday 7:00PM - 10:00PM (depends on progression)

To form a static group with great attitude and positive energy, while minimizing arguments and negative comments.

Our Vision:
To ensure everyone is ENJOYING our time playing together, also with the fair loots (BiS priority). Looking forward to clear Turn 12 and progression to T13 during New Years
