On FFXIVCoure you can see when people quote you, this brings you back to the discussion, currently with the inflation of posts and replies it is sometimes hard without going back to every topic you've posted in to see if anyone has replied to what you said.
A nice section somewhere with a drop down displaying people who quote you would be nice addition I think.
