Zodiac Quest: A Ponze of Flesh BUG

Hello,

I'm victim of a bug in the subquest "A Ponze of Flesh".

I'm at this step right now:

Obtain a Gobmachine Bangplate from Brayflox Longstop (Hard)


I farmed this dungeon for 3 days straight and didnt get the key item, at first I thought it was just bad luck, but then I noticed something: in this particular dungeon, I don't get the orange circular ground marker on the last room of the boss (the marker that you get from active quests), and if I try to open the MAP from the quest log, I get an error message: "Unable to open map at this time" (Inside the dungeon).

Other quest objectives from other dungeons works as intended, (map opens, orange area present), and so after 3 days of mindless farming Brayflox Longstop (Hard) I tried another dungeon from another quest, and got my item at the first try.

I issued a ticked in game support but I didn't get any response in hours, so I'm posting this on the forums.

I'm currently stuck because of this bug, and I have no intention to cancel and restart the quest, or I'll lose the progress and the item I used to activate the quest (1600 soldiery points, 20.000 marks, 100.000 gil) plus the Key Item from Dzemel Darkhold.

If you have access to my character logs I think you can figure out how many times I runned Brayflox Longstop (Hard) before noticing I might be victim of a bug.
