IOS, Android, In Game Addons/Apps

I know there are lots of 3rd party apps but has the Dev Team considered putting out apps that do the following:

1 - FATE Timer
2 - Gathering Timer
3 - Fishing Timer
4 - Atma Timer
5 - Gardening Timer
6 - Duty Finder Timers

I would think that since players do have to log in for the game, this could be setup to function specific to each player and what they are working on in game.

I personally think this would be a helpful tool for everyone.

I am also aware of the cost, and would be willing to pay for it, but I am wondering it this has been considered, but canned due to network issues that seem to (unfortunately) plague the Dev Team relating to content and its expansion.

Would like to hear from someone related to the Dev Team on this for some update on anything like this content or is the Libra the best we are going to get.
