GM Feedback: Thank you GM Kroyipi

Did my research and was told by SE to post this in the General Forums.

I would like to give fantastic Feedback to GM Kroyipi for assisting me in my issue. He/she was very professional, and had a great sense of humor. It's a good feeling talking to a real person, than a "copy-paste robot" like in many other MMO's.

Big thumbs up to GM Kroyipi! Thanks again!

I think this is the first time I ever hear anyone say anything positive about GM's in this game.

I'm still hoping my big day will come when I get the support im asking for and not just a silly copy past answer that's not even relevant to my issue!

The great thing was, I got a GM response in under 2 hours on a Sunday. The conversation we had was real with some humor thrown in there. The only copy/paste was the basic "goodbye, thanks for contacting us", but the conversation was real and I didn't have to wait for a long response every time I ask a question. I played MMO's since 1999 and this was the best GM encounter I've ever experienced.

You've been missing a lot of threads then. I had several contacts with them and they all were helpful, polite and with a good sense of humor.

I'm going to piggy back on this Post, because I want to give this Gm more praise.

He/She Helped me today, I put my ticket, Bam an hour later I was being talked to. Very helpful, Very happy with this Gm. !!!
