I can't log it anymore in my Account

Today I was playing, I was in Limsa Lominsa, and I teleport to Eastern thanalan and when I teleport happened one error in the game saying " stop to working" and the game was close, when I tried log in again My character said I was in easter thanalan, but in the loading part, before to be inside the game happen again the problem, over and over.

I tried restart the computer, but nothing, I log it with other character in the same account and I can, but with my account in eastern thanalan, simple I can't always see the same error.

I want to know, what happened..... I am worry in this moment, I really want to log in again.

Plz help :(

I did already and nothing happen, well I ask the computer to my brother for see if the problem is in my computer, and yes, I could log in, I teleport to "mist", log out and log in in my computer and everything perfect like to before, but if I teleport to eastern thanalan........ the game die again.....

If East Thanalan is the only place that it is crashing, something may have been corrupted in the game files. Could try a reinstall of the game and see if that fixes it. A quick thing you could try also, is a reset on your network equipment (modem and/or router). Shut them down for a bout 5 minutes then restart them, its a long shot but may work.

I did, and the problem was fix it, really thanks for the help, I still don't know what happened, but after reinstall the game now work again, I reset the network too, and everything fine.

I'm happy of can play again, I really love this game

My video card is nvidia GeForce GT 330M of 1 gb, with Intel Core i3

I don't know if the driver card is not so good for the game, anyway I'm thinking in buy one new one
