Missing 1.0 Titles & Did Not Receive Pot(s) of Metallic Gold (Dye)

I've been missing several titles since the start of 2.0 that I earned and obtained in 1.0. The titles I am missing are: "An Amalj'aa's Worst Nightmare", "Stonesplitter" and "The Wanderer's Shadow". I'm also missing the four pots of Metallic Gold Dye everyone was to receive due to the retainer error. The Mogstation has "Pot of metallic gold" listed under "Other Received Bonus Items" but none of my characters have received them.

2. Legacy achievements unlocked.
3. Titles listed at the top are not available in 2.0 despite having unlocked the achievements and having spoke with Jonathas in 1.0 to obtain said titles in 1.0.

Dyes
1. Checked Mogstation and am eligible to receive the four pots of Metallic Gold dye but have not.
