About the dragon mount..

So, how exactly will we have one without Ishgardians constantly trying to murder us and our mount? :O

Call it a basilisk with wings. They won't know what the heck you're talking about, and you're good to go =D

I don't see the issue.... Dragoons are an Ishgardian staple and they are effectively just knights chosen by and powered up by Nidhoggs eye... They're clearly not averse to using Dragons in various ways.

The plot will demand dragons to be accepted.

the zone in question looks nothing like the holy see...

maybe its dravinia?

I reckon the new dragon will also be a companion like the chocobo.

The dragon mount is basically the Magiteck for completing the 3.0 storyline. It won't be a companion.

Well, we're already running around with the Cavalry Drake mount (that was given to us by the beastmen too no less!). Considering we're the saviour of Eorzea and that Ishgard's future hinges on us, I think the Holy See's arguement is invalid in this particular case. :p

not sure where you think it was seen, but there is no in game dragon mount. if its what i think you are mistaking it with, its the collectors edition figurine. the in game mount is a gryphon.
