Support Forums - Insufficient Information

What is the point of this section? If one cannot update their original post to provide more information you would be better to just delete them as by telling me you need more info but providing no ability to attach more information adds insult to injury.

Do you want people to create 2nd, 3rd and so on posts all disconnected so you can do the work to correlate messages across multiple threads and topics?

Would it not make more sense from a productivity let alone workflow optimization to allow users to provide you that extra information you so require inline to the original report of the problem? On top of which you don't say why it lacked sufficient information and reporting a commonly reproducible problem is apparently not good enough and requires more details which are known to only CS.
