Marriage Registration?

I'm not sure what sort of ploy is involved in this, however for a paid service, I don't know why I have to be on at 4 am with who I'm doing the quest with simply to register a time for this wedding. This is not exactly well planned. It's not just that I have to be up at 4 am, it's that BOTH of us have to be up at this time. This is just to have a chance at grabbing a spot for this eternal bonding quest.

Personally my suggestion is that this should be tweaked to become an instanced event. At least separate the events between the packages. I feel a little more than cheated that I spent $40 on flavour content that I can't even take part in, or even register for. I'm sure I'm not the only one. If I knew this would be such a pain in the ass, I wouldn't have bothered with it.
