Ground-Targetted Abilities

Would it be too much to ask for <mo> on ground-targetted abilities? I play in Lock-On mode and it's a bit disorienting when my camera flips and then my ability doesn't go where I think it was going to.

I Understand this would be an inconvenience for controller players so if it's only a macro option, that's fine. This function would make everything a lot easier even for players who don't use lock-on.

Abilities that will benefit from this: Shadowflare, Shukuchi, Place(Pet), Flaming Arrow, Freeze, Sacred Prism(PVP WHM), Bomb style quest items, Caster Limit Break ect...

It would make my day and I guarantee improve my play and a lot of other peoples if this feature was implemented.

It would also be nice if when in ground-targeting mode, you ignored UI elements. Maybe a lot of my UI is in the center of the screen, and I want to cast Shadow Flare on the ground, rather than the enemy target bar.
