T13 Progression static looking for new caster (SMN preferred)

Our static which is currently working on T13 is looking for a new Summoner or Black Mage to join us full-time. We would prefer someone who has downed t11 (and preferably 12) but are willing to do some teaching for a good player. Please be able to put up very good DPS and also execute all mechanics (mostly) flawlessly.

Our raid time is 10:30EST/7:30PST and we try to raid as many nights a week as possible while working on progression. Exact days vary depending on schedule, but count on at least 4 days per week.

Hey I have a 115 caster. SMN/BLM (BLM Main) although. I won't be available til about 11:45PM EST THURS-SUN, TUES,WED, & MON ill be available any time. I've cleared t12 3 times on my main, which my BLM isn't either character on this account. so just get ahold of me and let me know whats up and i'll provide you with parses and screenshots of gear.

That's probably too late time-wise for us to start, since we have a member in Brazil and two others on the East Coast. We especially like to run a lot on Fri-Sat, so I don't think waiting an extra hour plus would work out for us. Thanks for the interest though!
