Item Dissapeared

Item name: Artisan's Spinning Wheel
How the item was lost (i.e. dropped, consumed): I logged in, changed into my Weaver, and it said it couldn't find all my gear. I checked, and my Artisan's Spinning Wheel was gone. I checked my Inventory, and the retainers inventory for it, and it's gone. I'm sure I wouldn't have just dropped it, or sold it, but it doesn't seem like my account was hacked or anything. Any help as to figuring out what happened to it, I'd be much obliged.

I once accidently handed over my Carpenter's Tool to the ixaly delivery npc... :)
