Ive been seeing Venture Complete on retainers that I have not given one to as well as ventures that say they have been completed when they are still in progress. Anyone else notice this?

Ive been seeing Venture Complete on retainers that I have not given one to as well as ventures that say they have been completed when they are still in progress. Anyone else notice this?
I only notice this when I've started/completed a venture on one computer, then log into FFXIV on a different computer and check my retainers there. The text doesn't update until you open the retainer's full menu of options.
