Perma Snow & Fishing

I don't expect this to be changed and I know it's only a couple of weeks, but adding perma-snow 24/7 to the 3 city states and housing districts is a massive oversight for fishers who need specific weather conditions within these zones in order to catch big fish.

Couldn't they at least left the required periods (e.g. 4am-6am in Mist for Twitchbeard) open to random weather still? :(
