the marriage i need help

Okay to keep this short i brought the platinum marriage thing from square enix i was gonna marry friend from spain but she goes to college so i gave her my platinum ring or whatever it is and i got myself that standard version when i was in the website i didn't see nothing about the lower that ring value or maybe it was my smartphone i dont know we did the mission where you go to pray for the stone or gods whatever and found out by a friend that the ring value goes and me and her tried to stop it and by mistake she talked to some npc that destroyed it the ring the worst part is that she speaks spanish and does really understand english i call square enix they told me to speak to a GM the GM told me that i should call square enix come on i just need help please!!!!!
