Overview
Prime is an active Free Company on the Sargatanas server and we're always on the lookout for more members! Our veteran members have been raiding together since the beginning of SCoB & we are looking to expand our roster to finish tackling content in FFXIV!
Not interested in end game content, but still want an active, tight-knit Free Company to call home? We're the perfect place for you. We love our casual members. Lets be honest, our casuals make up a big heart of our lovely Free Company. Our goal is to be community oriented, and we are always willing to take on new members that are just all-around good people. We always help each other out, and so long as you can contribute your fair share, everyone is welcome. We create events so that raiders and non-raiders alike can still play and do things together!

Raiding Atmosphere
Prime is a perfect mix of casual and hardcore. We don't raid as many days as "normal" statics, however, when we do raid, it's with the focus of any hardcore group. Tons of research and theory crafting done before hand, during, and after. We all have lives. School, work, families, etc. so we make the best of every minute of raid time. We also provide all the food and potions for our raiders so you can spend more time enjoying the game rather than farming for materials.
What do we expect from you?
Dedication: We want players who want to be here and on time. To focus as a team. If one player fails, we all fail.
Constructive Input: If you have an idea or see something happening, let us know. Be vocal, but be respectful. You will also be required to take criticism and/or feedback so make sure you have an open mind.
We use Mumble as our primary voice chat software and it is required. We do not require you to talk all the time, however, listening to directions and calling out information is crucial.

Mon, Wed 10pm-12am EST, Fri-Sat 9pm-12am EST.*
*Days are very flexible as long as everyone in the static can make it.
