Are hate speeches against one particular country a bannable offense

I gotta go read the ToS again, but if someone knows, feel free to provide information.
I saw plenty of haters actively saying all kind of bullcrap about one particular country and wondered if they could be (tamporarily) banned for it.

Per the "Prohibited Activities" section of the Support Center page:

I guess I should have screenshot'd those speeches then. Too bad I didn't, those guys had no redeeming feature whatsoever.

This was a good question, and it has been answered. Seeing as how people have decided to continue the thread with suggestions as to which countries may deserve such harassing behaviour, I will be closing the thread.
