"Buff" DoTs should show up on the debuff bar

It would be nice if Shadow Flare (and to a lesser extent, Flaming Arrow, etc.) would show up on the debuff bar when a mob is getting hit by it. For SMN, it's kind of annoying to constantly watch both the mob's debuff bar and your own buff bar to see if something is about to fall off. This is especially annoying for SMN since they also have to weave in oGCD abilities so often, making sure to use an instant cast spell at the right places in order to maximize dps. I think it would be a great quality of life adjustment for SMN to be able to see all four of their signature DoTs all right next to each other.

I suspect if this change isn't made, it will be one of the first things implemented by a user add on... whenever add ons actually get implemented.

(You can put some different coloring on these buff DoTs that aren't actually on the mob to signify they are hitting the mob but not actually on the mob.)
