Returning player looking for a FC

Hello,
I'm a returning player seeking a FC i haven't played since 2.0 but i have been back for past few weeks now and been working my gear back into a reasonable level. i'm currently ilvl 100 for my war/pld and working on ex. titan. i have never stepped foot inside of coil, completely clueless. I'm will work with players of all skill levels as long as progress is being made but honestly I'm at the point where I need guidance from someone experienced to point me down the road of what i need to do to progress all i really know is to cap my poetics each week past that i am unsure. i am of desperate need of a new weapon my zeniths on both classes are beginning to show their age

any advise is welcome
