Expert Roulette bugged?

Hello.

I've been noticing recently, at least since the patch, that expert roulette will always put me in Sastasha. Every time I've done it, it is always Sastasha. My wife gets the same. The only time I've seen the other 2 'expert' dungeons is by going into them individually. I guess this could just be random bad luck or Sastasha has a higher % to pop (?) but it does seem odd that that is the only dungeon popping through expert roulette.

Anyone else having this issue?
