LF4M for FCoB Static

Hello!

We are a group of four that ran SCoB regularly until some members of our static transferred out of the server. But we have decided to regroup and fill in our missing places and start progression on FCoB asap.

We are seeking:
WAR
PLD
WHM (FILLED)
NIN/MNK.

Tanks with DPS classes will be given preference.

Roles already in place:
SMN/BLM
BRD
SCH
DRG

Requirements:
Must have a minimum 110 weapon. 115 or higher is preferred. On this note, potential farms of T9 or Shiva to gain such weapons will be incorporated.
Must be a team player who can recognize your own mistakes and own up to them. When discussing others mistakes, this must be done in a constructive and respectful manner.
High proficiency in your main role is required as well.

No experience in FCoB is necessary. A T9 clear is preferred but for a good player, we would be willing to work on this. We are all from different FC's so you may stay with your current FC. I do ask that you have space for a Static specific LS that will be created as well.

I will be hosting a voice chat server and while speaking on these is not required, you must be able to access them and listen in to raids. Type of chat has not been decided yet as it will be what is most accessible or preferred to all members. This server will also be available to all static members outside of raid time to use to host other runs or just to hang out and socialize.

There will also be a host website for all members as well where raid times, loot rules and other information about the Static will be available. While doing your own research into fights and what your role will be is great, I will also be personally be posting helpful tips and guides for everyone to review.

Raid times are currently undecided as I would like to be as flexible and accommodating to all members of the raid. We are hoping to run 3-4 nights a week for 2-3 hrs depending on availability. Real life always comes first so don't be afraid to speak up if you will be unavailable at certain times or days.

I am hoping that this raid group will be full of members who are willing to also run content outside of coil. This means primal weapon farming, mount farms, gear farms, or anything else that people may be interested in. Potentially I would like to see one night every two weeks of raid time be dedicated to these types of events.

Our current members are all very easy going and welcoming individuals that like to have fun and are very helpful to all players of all levels and skillsets. We take raiding seriously and like to make progression but are in no way elitist or condescending. We laugh we joke, we derp occasionally just like anyone else. Mistakes are allowed and this is a game! Let's have fun together.
