I104 BLM LF Endgame Progression

I'll keep this brief.

I'm a fairly active player who got into a good thing with an FC, however they've kinda dropped off the map and only come on when patches get dropped.

I'm stuck in a rut of running ST and roulettes just to try and amp my gear. But I'm stuck as pug groups for T6+ can suck. I'm looking for people, or even an LS that will help me progress onwards.

I also have an SCH at I99 and moving upwards, so can try and fill both roles. Healer competent for EX primals (Shiva/Ramuh tbc)
