DRG/LNC Tooltip is incorrect or skills are broken

Party or Solo:
Solo and Party. There have been a lot of different duty finder groups so I cannot remember the names of the people i grouped with.

Monster Name:
The monsters where mostly in Duty Finder, Mor Dhona, CCH, Central Shroud.

Issue:
The tooltip for Heavy Thrust and Chaos Thrust are listed to require you to be at the "side" of a target monster to proc their desired effect. However, this is not true, the effects they proc when used happen regardless of positioning. I tested this by being in front/behind and flanking monsters and all positions proc'd the buffs/debuffs the two abilities cause.

I just wanted to report this, because it is either an issue with the tooltip giving the wrong information or the skills themselves are just bugged.

It happens in Duty Finder and out in the world just killing monsters.

I apologize if this has been reported already, I didn't see mention of it anywhere.

The tooltip never got updated. The last update, they change it so it dose not matter for theses skills
