Not sure when this happened, but it must've been a recent change. I've been using tilde and alt+tilde for several months just fine, but now whenever I do alt+tilde the bind doesn't work. It puts my chat input into some sort of Japanese mode, and now whenever I try to rebind it says I can't use tilde. What happened? Did I do something on my end or is this a change in a recent patch?
PC non-Steam version, if it matters.
