Underground bots.

Hi there.

I'm sure this isn't only the case on Cactuar, and BLM bots aren't a new thing either, but here's a little screenshot.

Lots of level 50 bots, some of them under the floor. It would be great if a GM could occasionally visit these well-known, popular bot locations and just drop the banhammer every now and then.

And please, give us a proper report function. The current system is clunky beyond repair and heavily discourages legit players from reporting bots, spammers and so on.

They're still happily botting away.

SE, how about a little temporary hotfix to at least make life less convenient for botters, if you're not going to ban them? Stop allowing groups of 4 BLMs to sign up. I doubt any legit players would be inconvenienced by this change, but it may mess with whatever the botters are doing a bit.

It seem it take them a long time to ban a botters there a lot of thing they have to do. But when it come to a player being hacked then used as a bot or doing something wrong they get ban pretty quick.

I'm guessing its a long process following the chain of bots to the main source and banning them. But when there underground like that not sure why they don't go there and ban every single one of them for using 3rd party tools.

Well, looks like the new requirement to unlock jobs didn't work that well after all.

Seen those blm groups too several times, usually standing on Coertas exit to Mor Dhona/Revenant Toll. Though I'm a bit curious as to how those group can bot, I hardly think they can do botting. Never seen em bot-farming mobs for example. Then again, I'm still fairly unfamiliar to their methods. ^^;

Well its obvious that Kazagg Chah is the bot overlord. You better blank his name, you know name and shame rules and such.

Came across a group like some said at the gate of Mor and N Thanalan.

Dont bots have to pay a subscription too?
