How do you report people?

Hey all! Been some time since I've played ...

But on Balmung, caught 2 people with gibberish names under the ground, fighting mobs that were above the ground.

I took screenshots, but where do I go to report these people?

Over in hawthorn hut in the shroud? That glitch has been around for a while. They were probably messing around. Report the bug not the players.

Huh, does the bug include the people zipping 7 feet or so in 2 seconds to another mob?

I'll do that then. Though I am at the Bannock.

the zipping is an ISP issue.
