SE, i can just think of the possibilities of what you can pack behind this pay wall....and i dont like it

Furniture placed in a house gets bound to that property, which has been that way since day 1 of housing. FC members who hold higher authority do have the right to adjust the house as they see fit and that's not in Square's hands. The warning is put there to idiot proof housing so less people are likely to come to the fourms to complain about something they claimed they didn't understand.
