When you reserve a time for the wedding, is it referring to server time or local time?
It refers to your local time. The time is translated for all players when you send the invitations out too.
If you schedule the wedding at noon and you are EST, your friends on the westcoast will see 8am PST and your fcmates in England will see 4pm GMT on their invitations.
