Eternal Bonding Question

First off: my apologies if this has already been answered, I couldn't find it. If someone could provide me a link, I would greatly appreciate it.

My question:

After you purchase the plan and complete the quests, is there a time frame on how long you have to make a reservation for the ceremony? Can I purchase the plan now and wait until, let's say March (as an example), to talk to the NPC to reserve a time slot for the actual event?

You can wait as long as you like. When you are ready to make your reservation head there any Friday morning at 4am EST and pick a time that isn't taken for that week,
