Frequency: Always, tried with Master Arcanist's Ring and Master Thaumaturge's Ring.

NPC name: Armoire

Class/Level: Scholar 50
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: 2-4 AM
Area and coordinates: The Roost (3,3)
Steps:
1. Make sure your chat log is displaying the proper messages.
2. Withdraw an item from the armoire.
3. The text reads "You withdraw the item form the armoire."

I can add connection information and system specs, but I don't think they're particularly relevant in this case.
