Partner's Name Disappeared from Promise of Devotion

My partner's name on my Promise of Devotion went missing after the maintenance.

Time: Observed on December 11, 2014 at around 11am EST
Frequency: Once (can only happen once)
World name: Gilgamesh
Character name: M'yalwann Ichi
NPC name: n/a
Monster name: n/a
Class/Level: BLM/50
Party or solo: Logged out in a party, logged in solo
In-game time: Unsure
Area and coordinates: Ivory Chapel

Steps:
1. Up until logging out, was in a party in the Ivory Chapel interacting with the ceremony preparation NPC with the Promise of Devotion equipped.
2. Logged in after maintenance, roughly 10 hours later, observed missing partner's name.

I can confirm this, however it is not isolated to only the Promise wrist,

A number of players have confirmed to me that crafted items older than a specific time still has the crafters name on them, but alot of recently(prior to maintenance) crafted gear now has a blank space where the crafters name is supposed to be.


I first noticed this when checking the marketboard.
