Eternal Bond Ceremony and Disconnecting

Could a member of staff tell me what would happen if a bride, groom or both should disconnect during the ceremony? Would we have to reschedule? Even if we log straight back in?

I'm actually worried about that as well, I'd love to hear a response. Especially considering the ceremony cutscenes won't be re-watchable, getting screwed out of them by internet or server issues should not be possible, I do hope they have some sort of safeguard installed.

It's always sad with two people in love start to disconnect from each other. It can happen after a long time being together... but for it to happen during your wedding? *cry*

Yeah... Actually why arent the cutscenes rewatchable without guests? It should know who I am bonded to and just grab their character data and throw on wedding attire. Especially for those who paid for this, we should be able to watch this any time we want.

Well... it's actually kind of complicated. They'd have to store both of the character settings as they appeared at the time (including race/gender/all aesthetics, keeping in mind someone could use Fantasia or transfer servers), the outfit they were wearing at the time (including dyes), all the ceremony settings that were used at the time (which plan, which options, which music, etc.). As it stands, all the other cutscenes are re-generated in the game dynamically with just your own character (can't be in a party in an inn room) and wearing whatever you have on at the time.

Best thing would be to stream the ceremony to Twitch or similar, and/or ask one or more of your guests to do the same.

Not at all. It is the same for other cutscenes- they use what the character is currently wearing regardless of what they were wearing at the original time.

Just snag the spouses current setup and slap her/him in the wedding attire and call it a night. It wont be identical, but it is close enough.
