Should "Ring of Thorns" Combo From "Heavy Thrust" Without Flank Hit Now?

With the other DRG buffs, particularly Heavy Thrust getting it's buff without flank hit, seems rather odd to allow the other moves to work without positions and just reduced potency but this one still needs it to be effective.

If anything I'd say this combo should be the one that doesn't need the positional since usually AoEing means there is a massive group of enemies, and chances are the tank is going to be running around like a chicken with their head cut off trying to dodge AoEs themselves with a chance to mess you up. All while you as a DRG are probably needing to dodge just as much, making it hard to consistently land Heavy Thrust from the flank for it to combo.

Or better yet can we just drop it as a combo......
