Is there a setting somewhere for this in the game? A fair amount of UI elements scroll too slow to hit the bottom of a given list without having to flick the wheel twice.
Most notable annoyance being the teleport menu. Faster to just grab and drag the vertical scroll bar than to use the wheel.
