Gm Kroyipi (And probably other GMs too)

Hello,
I just wanted to say that a few days ago I contacted the GM team for a question and was contacted back by Gm Kroyipi.

Gm Kroyipi was very very nice to me and replied to every single question I had in a very polite and friendly way.

I just wanted to thank the GMs for all their work and for being so nice.

I also had a similar run in with Kroyipi.

I had found 7 bots leveling up outside the entrance to Copperbell mines. So I contacteded the help desk. About a hour later Kroyipi contacted me back. I gave her/him the names and what was going on at the time. The bots where not at Copperbell when the GM contacted me. So, I player searched for one of the bots. I found that bot was now located outside the sastasha dungeon entrance. I teleported to go check it out and found probably close to 15 bots there. I gave Kroyipi the names of the bots. In total Kroyipi talked with me for about a hour. Those bots are no longer in the game. Kroyipi told me that their ban would not be immediate but s/he would be investigating them. Well they are gone. Thanks Kroyipi!!! I was also told besides black listing the RMT /tells I should create a list of the names and submit them to the help desk. It takes a little extra time but I suppose if enough people do this the accounts will get banned.
