Looking for one DPS for static Coil group

Hi, my group recently lost another member of our FC static coil group due to them quitting FFXIV and as such are now looking to fill the spot!

we are currently on T6 (yes, I know, we've lagged behind, but we're doing the best we can), I would like to get a Tank or White Mage to join us, experience in second coil isn't necessary, as we're still learning ourselves, though it wouldn't be turned away, so long as you're understanding.

About us:

We raid on sunday night 5:30pm pst (8pm est) until 8:30pm pst (11:30pm est)

We're a relatively inexperienced group, so we're progressing through slowly, but steadily. We have a mumble (ran through our wesbite at Here), we like to joke around and have fun. We're not overly serious ever, so if you want a group that is super serious, then we're probably not for you. If, however, you want a fun, friendly group that will always stay positive, we welcome (and urge) you to contact us either in-game, or on here.

The only rule I have is that you cap your tomes each week, and get your ironworks gear, yes I know 120 isn't necessary, but I figure why not get the best available? I wave this if you're in the 110 crafted gear and are trying/working to get it melded. If you don't show up for the raid twice you're put on probation, and a third time will be considered abandoned.

Update: Just lost a Tank to not feeling like doing the weekly work and feeling generally burnt out (He wanted to go back to WoW now that the new expac is out there). So anyone willing to fill the role of a tank or a white mage, we can fill the other slot with an alt class.
