wedding reservation times

Why was the wedding reservation times (which for platinum and gold is listed as a perk) set at such an ungodly hour on a day where most work the following day.... would it be possible to get this changed slightly for the Western data centers?

from 1AM-2AM PST (4-5AM EST 9AM-10AM GMT) Thursday night to Friday morning for example is the platinum reservations then the hour after that is gold reservations.

I know that to be fair to both NA and EU players it needs to be somewhere in between but something like 1PM PST 4PM EST 9PM GMT would be a lot better and more accessable to a majority over something that seems like it was set around japanese prime time.
