LEGACY FCoB T13 progression group looking

LEGACY T13 progression group is seeking a skilled PLD who also has a DPS job leveled/geared. We are looking for 2.4 FCoB progression and beyond. We have T10-T12 on farm status. We are a mature group of guys, with families, and careers outside of the game.

We are looking for a skilled player who is vocal, does their own research on fights, has input on areas we can improve, and is open to input areas on where they can improve as well. T10-T12 kills w/ T13 experience preferred, VoIP required. Normal raid times are TUES/THURS/MON @ 9:30PM EST - 12:30AM EST. We may raid additional days until T13 has been downed. what phase u guys on

We've only started working on the second phase, but we've only spent a couple short nights on the fight. We've had week after week of attendance issues with a couple of our raid members who have had real life situations come up which has halted our progression for the most part. We're looking for someone with fairly open availability who will be able to push until we get t13 down.
