Dropped Tome in Raid :(

Hello,

This is not so much a bug as a user error but I was told to post my concern here after contacting a GM on the game. My group cleared t11 for the first time last night and I was first in line to receive the tomestome from the turn. I needed on it and everyone else passed. I guess I was overcome with excitement about our clear because I left before it was awarded to me and it was dropped to the ground and nobody was able to get it. :( I wanted to contact you and see if I could use my one mistake replacement for this item. One of my raid members suggested contacting you and another took a screen shot of the instance showing the item was unobtainable. I know we all can make mistakes sometimes and I hope you put this into consideration when reviewing my post. I have attached a link to a screen shot of the instance below.

As you can see from my posts in the chat box I immediately realized my mistake and was quite upset about it. This puts the raid group behind quite a bit due to the weekly lock out. Thank you for putting my case into consideration and I hope to resolve this mistake.
