Cross-class actions question

I'd like to get the level 2 Archer action Straight Shot on my level 37 Pugilist. At least, the information out there seems to say it's an available cross-class action. But having just gone and started the Archer line to level 3, I'm not seeing the skill available. Do I need to bring the Archer class up to a certain level (or unlock Bard or somesuch) in order to obtain the action?

EDIT: Oh, nevermind. I guess it just took a few minutes to update...the action is available to me now.
