[NA] (Adamantoise) PS4 Only Free Company

i am willing to join or create a company on Adamantoise that is PS4 only so we can take advantage of the voice chat features.

Adamantoise is probably not the best server if you're looking for a lot of PS4 players. You'd probably have more luck if you transferred to one of the servers that opened with the PS4 launch. I know my server (Jenova) did, but I'm not sure which others.
