Beat This Dead Horse: Open letter to SE regarding PPEO targeting options.

Hello. I would like additional options for GAMEPAD player/party/enemy/other (PPEO) targeting, beyond the use of the directional pad (d-pad) or add functionality to how the d-pad currently works for targeting.

Currently the only and default option of PPEO targeting is through the d-pad, unless macros are used. While widely accepted, there is a segment of the playerbase that would appreciate additional or alternative methods for PPEO targeting. The following suggestions would provide these alternaitve methods.

1. More options in the gamepad customization menu. Allow players to change all the functions each button currently provides to another button. FULL customization would allow for more PPEO options (and is just a wonderful thing to have in general). [Why was this not a day-1 thing?]

2. At a minimum, allow the d-pad to function like the X,O,[],^buttons. If no skill or macro is assigned to the X,O,[],^, buttons, OR the crosshotbar is not activated, the default action initiates (cancel, select, open map). Enable BOTH of these options for the d-pad as well. This would enable players to use the d-buttons for PPEO targeting while still having active crosshotbars. [Again, should have been a day-1 thing]

3. Additional actions/macros for PPEO targeting. Target next/previous enemy action pallettes already exist under the general actions menu. Please add similar ones for party(!) player and other.
